stx insurance services llc located in po box 762, sealy tx as an agency or company, is horrible. i had insurance with them for almost two years with an impeccable driving record. one day, i get a call that my insurance is being cancelled, with no prior notices or communications from them, leaving me without insurance. when i called to ask why i was being cancelled, they told me it was due to an accident that was never reported to them! what accident, i asked? they couldn't tell me but said they received notice of some kind. i then called my local police department and they confirmed there was never a police report made for an accident with my car. i called and emailed stx over and over for two months to provide them with the proof, and every time i called i was given the run around and no answers. finally, i received a letter in the mail informing me that i was being reinstated, although they still couldn't tell me what accident they were referring to. i've since found a new insurance carrier and would advise anyone to stay far away from this company.
