the customer service here at this agency is so bad, worst service ever. i am beyond upset and disappointed. if i could leave zero star or half of one i would. every time i call in for anything, it’s always an issue or a problem. i am not able to get any answers and when i ask to speak to a manager i am left on hold for hours. my time is very important to me, the worst customer service ever. i just want to get my money back and not file insurance with them anymore.

i would like to file a complaint and leave a review about the employee with attitude by the name of “jackie”. i purchased a policy through the phone with a very pleasant and nice young lady. she was able to help me with everything i needed. unfortunately, i had to make some changes and called back. the employee jackie that answered was very rude and disrespectful over the phone. she answered the questions i had but was very short with me. the tone of her voice was very nasty and rude. i will not be calling back and doing any type of business with this office due to employee jackie. i am very upset about the service that i received. zero stars to this office.

i am so glad i switched my car insurance over to this company! i was with another company for many years and i was always overpaying for my car insurance. i decided to switch to this company and i am so glad i did! i am now saving over \$100 a month on my car insurance. the customer service is amazing and they are always there to help me with any questions i have. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for car insurance.
