was looking into getting new health insurance and life insurance; tried contacting them by phone. left voicemails, sent emails and even filled out online quote forms; never received a call back or email. beyond disappointed and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. wish i could give zero stars since i didn't receive any service at all but that isn't an option. poor customer service.

i have been doing business with these people for over twenty years and without a doubt, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. no follow-up, zero communication, promises not kept. i was required to get a new insurance policy for my homeowners insurance and the new policy was not set up properly by them, causing me coverage problems down the road. i knew the policy had to be set up a certain way, but they didn't do what i requested and i had to correct it myself. i had to get an hr department involved to get the necessary information from them because they refused to return phone calls. i also asked them to get me set up with a health insurance coverage for my business and again, no follow-up and few weeks later still not set up. perhaps the worst part of all of this is that when i contacted the owner about the customer service issues they did nothing to try to remedy the situation. they lost my business and $50,000 worth of annual premiums. i would not recommend this broker to anyone.

this place is a nightmare. they need some serious training in customer service. it takes weeks to get a call back and almost impossible to get a quote. then, when you finally get a response, it's for the wrong amount. i would avoid this company at all costs.
