spirit financial concepts inc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. they are always raising my rates, and their customer service is terrible. i have tried to cancel my policy several times, but they always find a way to keep me on the hook. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
