my experience with specialty risk management has been a great one. the customer service goes out of their way to do anything they can to help. I've been very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had to call for the simplest things. the customer service was very poor. they couldn't provide me with the answers I needed and often gave me inaccurate information. I have had to delay an important project due to the lack of response and unreliable information provided by specialty risk management.
