by far the worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life! i would give zero stars if i could. my wife and i went in to inquire about getting life insurance. we were scheduled to meet with a specific gentleman, but when we arrived he rudely told us he was too busy with other appointments and that we should come back another time. the woman at the front desk was also very rude. we will definitely not be going back.
i've been with this company for the past two years and in those two years i've filled two different automobile claims and one jewelry claim. all three of the claims were handled in a very timely and professional manner. the staff are fantastic and very helpful. i even refinanced my auto loan with them after i found out they had competitive rates. i have nothing negative to say about this company. i would gladly recommend them to anyone.
