i recommend this insurance company. they are very professional and helpful. they provided me a rental car right away on time and keep me updated with my claim status. i received my rental car within 2 hours after i reported my accident. the staff is very friendly and always available. always ready to help.i had a great experience with this insurance company.
very bad insurance company. they are takeing there time to complete claims. beacuse of this insurance i lost my job and my health. no update is given to the insured person. no phone calls no contact no emails. we have to beg for the claim status. the adjustor will never give you correct information. i would not recomend this insurance company to my worst enemy. the staff that is working there are rude and disrespectful. they will hang up the phone and dont care about customers. and finally , they dont provide rental car on time.
