"sonshine enterprises, inc." is the most dishonest, useless insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim. i recently had a small accident and filed a claim. the adjuster came out and took pictures of the damage. he said it would be covered under my policy. a few weeks later, i received a letter from sonshine denying my claim. they said the damage was not covered under my policy. i called to speak to the adjuster, but he was always "out of the office." i finally got a hold of him and he said that he had made a mistake. he said that the damage was covered under my policy, but that he had already denied my claim. i asked to speak to a supervisor, but i was told that there was no one available. i have been calling for weeks and i still have not been able to speak to anyone. i am very frustrated and angry. i have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and i have never had a problem before. i am very disappointed in sonshine enterprises, inc. and i will never do business with them again.
