scam. they claim they are partnered with state farm and will tell you they will lower your car insurance. i fell for this and they gave me an insurance card that was fake. the real state farm said it was an old policy that had been cancelled almost a year ago. thankfully i didn't get in an accident while driving around with no insurance because of these scam artists.

i do not recommend this office. i have never seen such an unprofessional business in my life. i will never do business there again nor recommend anyone else to. the agent maria was nice but the others were far from it. unfortunately i had to use them for life insurance because of my mortgage company. the agent that assisted me was diana and all she did was go back and forth between her desk and the ladies next to her asking them how to do her job. it's extremely frustrating when you have to sign documents over twenty times because the agent does not know how to do her job. she also refused to give me a copy of my documents. please don't waste your time going into this office. i should have read the reviews before i wasted my time going in. if i could give negative stars i would.
