very poor service, did not hear back from them for weeks, went with another agency.
this is an excellent agency, i was very pleased with their service...great job
my experience with this agency in reference to the investigation of my auto accident claim was far less than satisfactory and i would not recommend this agency to anyone. it was a challenge to get anyone on the phone, i received no phone calls pertaining to my claim and was given the run around when i contacted them for updates.
i was happy with the promptness and professionalism that i received from this agency and will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
