shane orman insurance has some of the best customer service representatives i've ever spoken with. i switched my policies over to them last year and have been very pleased with the service i've received. they're always friendly and courteous, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
