i had a very easy experience applying for a car loan with secured advantage federal credit union. when i arrived at the branch, i was greeted promptly and the loan officer was very helpful in explaining the different loan options available to me. i ended up getting a great interest rate and monthly payment, and i am very happy with my experience with secured advantage.
secured advantage federal credit union provided a very quick response to my credit applications, lending me the money to buy my new home. however, i am currently unsatisfied with their unwillingness to work with me due to my wages being delayed during the start of the pandemic. i am currently working with a loan adjustment company to postpone my mortgage payments, but secured advantage is being difficult to work with throughout the communication process.
