i've been with qcmc for 3 years and for the most part, have been happy with their service. i had a claim for a broken windshield. the claim was handled quickly and efficiently. i just had to pay my deductible. the customer service rep that helped me was jeanette. i would recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
this agency is good and responded to me on time. unfortunately, they appear to have a problem with follow-thru. i was told that i would receive a call from a quality control representative to address my concerns about my policy. i was also promised a return call from an agent named benjamin. no calls have been received. too bad, because the policy itself is great and the agent was very helpful in putting the policy together. i would gladly recommend this agency if these problems can be addressed.
