purse kaplan sterling investments has good insurance, but customer service is not so good. i have been a customer for over 5 years, and i have never had a problem with the insurance itself. however, the customer service is often slow and unhelpful. i have had to wait on hold for over an hour on several occasions, and the representatives i have spoken to have not always been able to help me. i have also had difficulty getting a response to my emails.
