very disappointed with this office. no one in the office seems to have clear direction of what needs to be done on a daily basis. customers are left to fend for themselves on the phone system and figure things out independently. the underwriter that was assigned is rude and inconsiderate of customers regardless of how long you have been a customer. i switched to another agency the beginning of this year and have not had any issues. my premium is lower and my agent is very responsive to my phone calls and emails. this is a definite improvement over the service i received at price & ramey.
