i've been with poe for almost a year now and everything has been a disaster! i was rear ended in november 2021 and it took them almost a month to get me into a rental! then they took over 2 months just to total my car! i've had to call their claims department at least once a week, just for them to tell me they don't know when they'll get me a check or rental! the staff is rude and condescending and they don't seem to care about their customers at all! do not recommend this company!
