very unpleasant experience with the unresponsive platinum 1 insurance services, inc.. they are located at 32107 lindero canyon rd ste 134, westlake village ca. they do not respond phone calls or emails in a timely manner and never seem to be able to provide clear answers. perhaps, they are understaffed. i wish they would hire additional support staff to handle customer issues.
