i switched to pinnacle a couple years ago after having the same insurance for nearly 20 years. i received a quote from pinnacle and it was comparable to my current plan, so i made the switch. the customer service is absolutely wonderful. i have made several changes to my policy over the last couple years and every time i contact them, they are so helpful and kind. they make me feel like i am their only customer.
pinnacle insurance advisors associate, joseph assisted me several times in obtaining the most appropriate car insurance for my needs as well as gathering supplemental information necessary to complete the policy. joseph is always very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. he patiently listened to what i needed and helped me secure several quotes from a number of insurance companies to select the best coverage at the most reasonable price. i live in another state but was able to obtain all the information and service i needed by phone and email. i was kept well informed throughout the process and never felt rushed or pressured. i highly recommend pinnacle insurance advisors for any insurance needs.
