as an out-of-state landlord i have found it very difficult to obtain insurance for my rental property. i contacted parady financial group and spoke with eric. unlike the previous insurance companies that i had contacted, eric was not only professional, but also seemed very knowledgeable about out-of-state properties. not only was he able to obtain insurance for me, but he was able to get me more coverage for less money than my previous insurance company. i would highly recommend parady financial group to anyone looking for insurance for a rental property.
