this agency is a classic bait and switch. staff greets you warmly and makes you feel comfortable just to get your money. they'll tell you one thing then try to change everything last minute on you. in my case, they told me my insurance would be a certain amount each month, then when it came time to sign the paperwork it was significantly higher. thankfully i checked and didn't sign. also, i asked for roadside assistance and was told it would be added but again it was not on the final paperwork. when i called to ask about it, the receptionist was rude and said it was too late to add it and hung up on me. unfortunately, i have a policy with them now and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
