this company is a complete joke. if i could rate this company zero stars i would. i got a policy with them and was automatically drafted a payment. okay no problem thats what i signed up for. however they continued to automatically draft extra payments from my account. i called numerous times and was told someone would call me back about the issue and never received any calls back. so i went into the office and was assisted by someone who said they would cancel the extra payments but they continued to draft money from my account. i have been fighting with this company now for 2 months. every time i call someone is rude and tells me i have the wrong company or that the person who is responsible is out of the office. i am going to be contacting the bbb about this company and am preparing to seek legal action.
