the agent was very helpful and polite. they were able to answer all of my questions. during a hurricane, i wasn't able to travel, and after filing a claim, i received a full refund within 3 days. this is a good company to get travel insurance from.
was not able to add a second person to my policy after the initial purchase; told i had to cancel and start over, which would take 10 business days for a refund, then repurchase a new policy for two. did not use the insurance, but customer service was lousy.
