i am very happy with this insurance company. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had any problems. i have filed several claims and they have always been paid promptly. i am very satisfied with the coverage and the customer service.
i am very disappointed with this agency. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently had a claim and they are refusing to pay it. i have called and emailed them multiple times and they have not responded. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
