ohio national insurance agency inc located in one financial way, cincinnati oh this agency is terrible. had my car insurance for 2 years. went to add another car. within three months, received letter notifying me that policy had been canceled for unknown reasons. no phone call, no email, no nothing. called several times asking why. finally got through to an agent who said that i was still in the system but had to reapply. reapplied to be told that i was declined. when i asked why, i was told that it was because of my driving record. i have no moving violations or accidents on my record. this company sucks. stay away.
