ocampo insurance agency is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. they are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service. i would not recommend them to anyone. i had a policy with them for over 10 years and never had a problem until i filed a claim. they denied my claim and said that i was not covered. i called them multiple times to try to resolve the issue, but they just kept giving me the runaround. i finally had to hire a lawyer to get my claim paid.
