every time i attempt to call the office to ask a question about my policy, my call is automatically forwarded to an insurance broker not associated with this company! i never get a chance to speak with a company representative. i would rather have a chance to speak with someone at the company than be forwarded every time. it makes me wonder if i can speak with a company representative in person or not.
