thank you for your services. i do not recommend this agency to anyone. we have been customers now for over 15 years. when our policy was up for renewal in august, the quoted rate was $190 per month. we have been paying $135 so i questioned this amount and was told rates went up. i begrudgingly paid it. i did shop around but everyone was saying the same thing, rates went up. i was then contacted and asked if i wanted to switch to another company. i said no way because the rate was over $200. today i received another phone call from my agent. she had done more research and found that our rate should only be $132 per month. she apologized for this mishap and stated she would get it corrected. she did and we are now paying $132 per month. i do not understand how a mistake like this can happen when we have been with the same company for so long. i am glad my agent looked into it further, and i will stay with this company. but it does make me question their system of doing business.
