the worst possible service. we were supposed to go to disneyland via alaska airlines. we paid for our tickets when we got to the airport we were told that our payment did not go through and needed to pay again. we were then told that we weren't able to fly out that day and were sent to a hotel. the next day we were then told the same thing that we needed to pay again. then we were told to wait and we will be contacted when a flight is available. we called multiple times and no one would help us. we then decided to drive back home. we are out of money. and will never use this travel agency again.
