i have been a customer of ml millers benefit plans inc. for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am satisfied. i have never had any problems with their service and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a health insurance provider.

ml millers benefit plans inc. is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. they are rude, unprofessional, and they do not care about their customers. i have been trying to get a refund for a policy that i canceled for over 2 months now and they have yet to send me my money. i have called and emailed them multiple times and they always give me the runaround. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

ml millers benefit plans inc in richmond, tx is very unprofessional and they never return calls. their customer service is very rude and could care less about their customers. they will do and say anything to get your money and after that you are no longer a priority. they do not resolve issues in a timely manner and they do not stay in communication with their customers. they will tell you they will call you back and never do. they will send you letters and harass you about payments when it is not even due yet. i will never recommend this company to anyone.
