the only reason why i'm giving this company 4 stars is because the customer service is terrible. i've been with this company for over 5 years and have never had a problem until this past year. i've had to call customer service several times and each time i've been on hold for over an hour. the last time i called, i was on hold for over 2 hours! i'm very disappointed with the customer service and i'm considering switching companies.
