i'm very dissatisfied. i would give this company less than one star if i could. i've been trying to get medicare part b backdated to july 2021 and have not been able to get it done. i've been in the office multiple times and have called numerous times. i've had them fax the information to medicare several times and each time something is wrong. and the agents are so rude!!! i asked to speak to a supervisor several times and they refused to transfer me.
