this company is worst than any other company i have ever dealt with. calling to get a quote was a bad sign from the start. the woman i spoke with was rude and dismissive. when i mentioned i currently have insurance through another carrier, she immediately became annoyed and tried steering the conversation away from providing me with a quote. i had to repeatedly ask the same questions numerous times before she finally relented and the quote was almost double what i was currently paying. her tone the entire time was extremely sarcastic and hostile. i could not believe how someone so rude and unhelpful was working in a customer service role. i will never do business with this company.
i dont recommend using her for your insurance needs. dont make the same mistake me and others have made. stay far away from her !!!
