i've been trying to get my car insured here for a week now. i have gone in twice and called several times. two of the times i called i was put on hold for a very long time and then hung up on. the times i have gone in, i have been given attitude about how busy they are and treated as if i am an inconvenience. i finally decided to take my business elsewhere. if this is how they treat you when you're trying to get signed up, i can only imagine how they would treat you if you had a claim.
