i decided to check out m.j. comas co., inc. to get a life insurance policy. after speaking with one of their agents, i decided to go with another company that offered a better rate. however, i was very impressed with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to others.
i would like to give grace messier an average rating. she has been very nice to me on the phone and in person but seems to have failed at helping me with my son's policy. i feel that she has slacked off and made getting information very hard to do. i have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for her to get back to me on information that i asked her to get for my son. i asked for this information twice and have still not received it. i feel like she has not taken my concerns seriously.
