avoid this agency at all cost. they're a nightmare to deal with. my husband has medicare, which is handled by lone star medicare. he receives home pt on a regular basis, but lone star medicare gives his home care company's scheduler a lot of run-around when they call for scheduling his appointments.the staff has a nonchalant attitude which only adds further frustration to dealing with this agency. we don't appreciate the way business is being conducted by this agency.
