this is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for my car accident and they have been nothing but unhelpful. they have lost my paperwork, delayed my claim, and given me the runaround. i have called and emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. i am so frustrated with their lack of customer service and i will never do business with them again.
