lawyers title company of brazos county is the worst title company we have ever worked with. they have lost paperwork from our closing 3 times now. we are in the 9th week of waiting to close on our house and they still do not have everything correct. we had to find our own title insurance and pay for it ourselves because they were not able to get it for us. they have messed up our closing date 3 times now and we have had to pay the penalty 3 times. we are now in danger of losing our new home because of their negligence. i would never recommend this company to anyone.
