this place is a-ok. they tell you what you want to hear until you sign the dotted line. customer service sucks. i will never trust an insurance company ever again.
i had a small fender bender a few months ago. the other person's insurance company was dragging their feet on my claim and i was about ready to retain the services of an attorney. my agent at kht stepped in and took care of everything. i was very happy with the results and will most certainly continue my patronage here. i highly recommend them.
