jem assoc inc treats their customers very poorly. wish i could give a 0 star as they don't deserve even 1 star!!! the local insurance agency jem assoc inc is located at po box 250696, west bloomfield mi and they have no customer service AT ALL!!! the way they deal with their customers' concerns is appalling. i will never give them business again after what they put me through. they are very rude, lack empathy and are very unprofessional. they overcharge, double bill, and then ask for more. they have terrible communication skills, terrible customer service, and provide very little to no support to their customers. they are a classic 'bait and switch' company that lures you in with false promises, then fails to deliver. i did business with this company because they promised to save me money on car and home insurance, but that is not what happened at all and i would caution anyone against doing business with this company. i hope my review helps others avoid a major headache. do not make the same mistake that i made!!!
