so i like to write reviews and i like to write a lot of them, so much so i am contemplating making this into a second full time job or at least something i do more regularly. and with that being said, i feel inclined to be as honest and thorough as possible. my experience with this agency has been good. i had a car accident a little while back and the process of filing a claim was actually rather quick and easy. the cost of my insurance went up a little bit which was to be expected, but i'm sure if i shop around i can probably get that lowered again. the customer service rep i spoke with was very friendly, however, i did get transferred around a bit. overall, i've been happy with this agency and would recommend them to a friend.
