i have been with jeff hocker agency inc. for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am taken care of. i have never had any problems with my policy, and i appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing that i am well-protected. i highly recommend jeff hocker agency inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance agency.

jeff hocker agency inc. is horrible! the staff there is incredibly rude, and the manager is not only completely incompetent, but she is also unbelievably disrespectful. they are never able to answer my questions or provide any useful information about my policy. the few times i was able to get a hold of someone, they made me feel like i was an inconvenience, and they acted like it was too much effort to assist me. i do not recommend doing business with this agency whatsoever!
