i would give this company 0 stars if i could, by far the worse customer service i have ever received. i was trying to obtain life insurance for my family and was lied to from day one. i wasted my time going to the doctor's office for a physical and waiting weeks for them to tell me i didn't qualify for coverage that i was told i did. i called multiple times for an update, and i was told multiple stories each time i called. very rude and unprofessional. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
simply the worst insurance company you could ever get. they lie and cheat, and they will do anything they can to get out of paying a claim. my car was totaled in an accident, and they refused to pay for the damage, even though i had full coverage. i had to get a lawyer involved, and it took over a year to finally get my money. even then, they only paid me half of what my car was worth. do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
