i'm glad to having the opportunity to share my good experience with this insurance company. once i got a car accident and i was very stressed because of all the paperwork and procedures to follow. ins management team was very supportive and helpful, they guide me through all the process, save me time and money. the customer service is outstanding, always available, friendly and professional. thank you for everything!!!
worst customer service ever! i had a small accident (somebody hit my car while it was parked) and i called them to report it. the person who answered the phone was very rude, she didn't want to provide any information and she hang up the phone on me.
