imi agency, llc is a terrible company. i would not recommend them to anyone. i had a policy with them for several years and never had any problems. however, when i recently filed a claim, they denied it. i was told that the claim was not covered under my policy. i was very disappointed with the way that i was treated by imi agency, llc. they were rude and unhelpful. i will never do business with them again.
