ica agency alliance inc is one of the worst insurance agencies i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been with them for over a year now and in that time i have had nothing but problems. they are extremely slow to respond to claims and when they do respond they are often rude and unhelpful. i have had to file multiple complaints with the california department of insurance and i am currently looking for a new insurance agency.
