i really don't like leaving a bad review for a local business but i cannot let another person waste their hard earned money on a company that claims to be "professional" and "honest" but are actually none of those things. i have been trying to contact my agent for several months now and she is completely unresponsive. i have been ripped off and want to take action but there is no one to address the issue with. it is a shame because the few times i was able to get in touch with her she was friendly. i cannot recommend this agency to anyone.
