hstx title did not pay for the damage incurred by my vehicle during transport. hstx title is now saying its mechanical failure and therefore not covered. the driver never called me back despite several requests to explain what happened. now i am out of a vehicle and money for repairs.
did not help me with my title transfer. said they were working on title then came back and asked if i can sign title over.
