i would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service department of the household furniture company. i have been a customer of this company for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with their products and services. however, my recent experience with their customer service department has been nothing short of appalling.i recently purchased a sofa from household furniture and it was delivered on time and in good condition. however, after a few days, i noticed that the sofa was not as comfortable as i had expected. i contacted customer service to request a refund, but i was told that i could not get a refund because the sofa was not defective. i was very disappointed with this response, as i believe that the sofa is not fit for purpose.i have since contacted the company several times to try and resolve this issue, but i have been met with nothing but resistance. i have been told that i am not entitled to a refund, and that i should simply sell the sofa myself if i am not happy with it. i am very disappointed with the way that i have been treated by household furniture, and i will not be doing business with them again.

we recently purchased a couch and love seat from household furniture and are extremely happy with both the quality of the furniture and the customer service we received.the furniture is well-made and comfortable, and it looks great in our living room. the delivery was on time and the delivery team was very professional and courteous.we would definitely recommend household furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price.
