house ins agcy inc personal lines insurance has absolutely horrible customer service. i have been trying to contact them regarding my insurance coverage since 2/2/21 and they don't return phone calls. i have left at least 10 detailed voicemails and at least 5 emails in that time, but have received zero response. i have emailed the service manager and he has also failed to respond despite my request for a call back. i called the general line to ask for a manager and was given the run around for 15 minutes before being given an extension for a 'customer service lead' that just went straight to a voicemail box. i called back and asked for the sales manager, and was given yet another extension that went straight to voicemail. this company is horrible and i would advise anyone looking for personal lines insurance to look elsewhere.
