if i could i would give hone insurance zero stars. i never have an issue paying my bill, ive never filed a claim, and i receive random phone calls that my insurance payment is late. i call the office and they tell me i am good to go. then a week later another phone call. i even received a random check in the mail from honcho insurance pros backdated to february 2023. how can i cash a check if i dont know what its for? when i finally received an invoice the amount was for $339. i called the office and spoke to the agent that sold me the policy and explained the random check and random phone calls. she advised me i needed to pay the $339, which i did. just for my agent to call back and say it was a mistake and she would send me a refund. a refund never came. few weeks later i receive another invoice for $368. i call the office and again the agent says it was a mistake and i dont owe anything. i am not even sure if i have insurance at this point. i have contacted the bbb and will continue to reach out to other entities to get this resolved.
